We want you to love every product you receive from us. Each item is crafted in small batches with care, using natural ingredients and ethical sourcing. Because our skincare and bath products are made fresh and intended for personal use, we’re unable to accept returns once items have been opened or used. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
2. Returns & Exchanges

Unopened items: You may return any unopened, unused item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Opened products: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom orders or limited releases: Final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

4. Refund Process

6. Exchanges
If you received the wrong scent or product by mistake, we’ll send a replacement at no cost once verified.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once your order is fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
